I think that this post helps to show how people are not as serious about marriage because so many people are getting divorces now. I think that the statistics that you put on this post are surprising to me.
ReplyDeletegreat chart. It leads me to some questions. I also think the stat about the higher rates of divorce for higher numbers of marriages is interesting. One thing I would like clarification on is what the ages for "young" and "old" are. How does demographics, wealth, .. play into the equations?

ReplyDeleteI think that it is a pretty big problem that our divorce rate is so much higher than the rest of the countries in the world. I do agree with the statistics provided on marrying young and marrying old. I think that there is no reason to be marrying at 18 years old and that you should just wait and get married when both people are ready.
